Shipping & Returns
VillVill is a small business and we might not have your ordered piece ready in stock. In that case, your order goes to knitting after we receive your payment. The knitters will start working right away and you should get your warm hug from us within 4 weeks. If you are interested in how much time it takes to knit your garment, check product details under the collection.
As soon as your order is ready, it will be handed over to DHL GoGreen. You will receive a dispatch message, which contains a link to track the shipment. The tracking number allows you to check the status of your order at any time.
We offer free worldwide delivery.
If you want to exchange or return your ordered item(s), please let us know via e-mail: email@example.com. We will send you a returns form that should be filled in and sent to us together with the product within 2 weeks from delivery date.
Please return the garment with attached labels and in the original packaging. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Once we have received your return parcel, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund can take up to 21 days to show in your account.
