Shipping

Your order goes to knitting after we receive your inquiry confirmation. You should receive your warm hug from us within 4 weeks. Please check the product details in our collection for specific knitting timeframes per garment.

Once ready, your order is handed over to DHL GoGreen. You will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders.

Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us at info@villvill.net within 2 weeks from the delivery date. We will send you a returns form to complete before shipping the item back.

Items must be returned with attached labels and in the original packaging.

We aim to accept all returns. Items received in unsuitable condition may be returned to you.

After receiving your returned parcel, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 21 days to appear in your account.
